All conversions are performed exclusively by licensed third-party providers. You are solely responsible for evaluating providers and complying with applicable laws.

This platform is intended for business use. By submitting a quote request, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity and that your intended conversion activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Lead Submission

By submitting a quote request, you consent to your business information being shared with providers in our network for the purpose of receiving quotes. You represent that the information you provide is accurate. Submissions are non-binding and do not constitute a commitment to transact.

6. Provider Relationships

Crypto2Cash.io receives compensation from providers when qualified leads are delivered. This compensation does not influence the matching process. We do not guarantee any specific rate, availability, or outcome from any provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceK Solutions Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform or any transaction with a provider introduced through this platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
